Complimentary LendIt Ticket Terms and Conditions
1. Terms and Conditions
The NSR Invest Complimentary LendIt Ticket Program (“Program”) has been created to offer loyal NSR Invest client, (“you,” “Member,” “Referrer,” “Participant”) an opportunity to attend the 2017 USA LendIt Conference free of charge. These Program Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between you and NSR Invest and will govern your participation in any and all Program offers. By participating in the Program, you agree to the Site Terms and Conditions and the Site Privacy Policy. You are not authorized to participate in the Program if you do not agree to these Program Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
NSR Invest reserves the right to modify these Program Terms and Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion, and without notice to you. Participation in the Program is considered acceptance of Program Terms and Conditions and any modifications which might be made. NSR Invest may also, in its sole discretion, change, cancel, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Program without notice. NSR Invest, in its sole discretion, also reserves the right to disqualify any customers or prospective customers at any time from participation in the Program for any or no reason.
2. How the Program Works
Qualified NSR Invest client. A client is deemed qualified when:
The NSR Invest client has a self-directed and/or fully managed account on the NSR Platform with billable assets as of 12/21/2016 OR the NSR Invest client creates a new self-directed and/or fully managed account with billable assets by 1/31/2017 and agrees to keep the account under NSR Management until 7/31/2017. Billable assets are defined as the summation of average invested capital invested by NSR Invest and average daily cash balances subject to Management Fees. For purposes of this promotion, it does not include clients with only a self-directed accounts with assets under $20,000.

Cardinal Rose Group LLC has a majority interest in NSR Invest, which wholly owns LendIt Conference, LLC – the operator of the 2017 USA LendIt Conference.
